Using this website and booking

  • An appointment request made online is a request. It is confirmed when we accept it and speak to you or send you a confirmation — until then, no time is reserved.
  • Please give accurate contact details. We use them only to arrange and carry out your service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • If you can’t make an appointment, call 915-307-8431 and we will reschedule it.

Text messaging terms

Program: Need 4 Speed Auto vehicle notifications. When you tick the optional text-message box on our online booking form, digital check-in form or printed check-in form, you agree to receive text messages from Need 4 Speed Auto about your vehicle, such as a notification that it is ready for pickup. The box reads:

I agree to receive text messages from Need 4 Speed Auto about my vehicle, for example when it is ready for pickup. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
  • Frequency: message frequency varies — typically one message per service visit.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
  • Opting out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to opt back in.
  • Help: reply HELP to any message, or call 915-307-8431.
  • Texting is optional and separate from your service. Declining texts never affects the work we do or the price of it.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are sent on supported US carriers; delivery depends on your carrier and coverage.

Service terms (summary)

The full terms of service for work on your vehicle are on the authorization you sign at the counter before we begin. In summary:

  • Diagnostic fee. A diagnostic fee applies to vehicles requiring diagnosis. It varies with the concern, and it is quoted to you for approval before any diagnostic work is performed — no diagnostic work begins until you have authorized it. If you return within twenty-one (21) calendar days and authorize the recommended repairs for the same concern, the diagnostic fee you paid is credited in full toward your repair invoice.
  • Warranty. Qualifying repairs are backed by our 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty, whichever comes first.
  • Repairs are performed only with your authorization, and you will be given an estimate before work beyond the approved diagnosis is started.
